• Valentine’s Day bookings will take place February 12-14, 2026.
• Bookings are only within the downtown Austin, TX area.
• Availability is limited and operates on a tight, structured schedule.
• All bookings are only secured once a 50% deposit has been made.
• Decorating times typically range between 2–3 hours, depending on the room layout.

• Payment may be sent via Zelle, or Square Invoice (including a 4% processing fee).
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date and time.
• The remaining balance is due by Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
• Valentine’s Day packages already include travel and parking fees.
• *If your reservation is made after Tuesday, February 10, 2026 the full balance will be required upfront and will be non-refundable.*
• *Subject to availability, last-minute requests will incur a rush fee to accommodate .*
• All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit may be applied to a future date at no additional cost, pending availability and advance notice.
• A 100% refund will only be issued if services are canceled by A Vibe. 

• You must be checked into your hotel room prior to our arrival.
• Our name, A Vibe, must be added to the hotel reservation to gain access to the room.
• Before setup, please ensure the following:

1. All personal belongings and items are removed or properly put away in the  closet or bathroom.
2. The bed is made properly.
3. The room is clean and ready for a sanitary workspace.

• If our team must clean the room prior to setup we will contact you on site to charge a cleaning fee or your room set-up may be cancelled. 

•  Next-day cleanup is NOT included in Valentines Day packages. 
• A cleanup kit will be provided for all room set-ups if you choose to clean the room yourself.
• If decorations are left behind, your hotel may charge a cleanup fee according to their policies.
• Please confirm housekeeping and cleanup policies directly with your hotel.
• A Vibe is not responsible for any hotel housekeeping fees that you may incur. 

• Accurate check-in time, check-out time, and location must be provided.
• Any timing changes must be communicated to A Vibe immediately.
• We will do our BEST to accommodate changes when possible, but adjustments are not guaranteed due to scheduling constraints.

•  All orders are required to be placed by Tueday, February 10, 2026.
• Requests made after Tuesday, February 10, 2026 are subject to a rush fee and availability.
• If we can accommodate your request, a custom quote will be sent.

All helium costs and Hi-Float are already included in all balloons that are designed to float. 

Float time may vary based on temperature, environment, and handling. Longevity is not guaranteed for any balloon.

General Longevity for Balloons are as follows:

• 16in Air letters: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
• Foil balloons: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
• Floor Balloons: Best up to 3 days, can last up to 5 days.
• Ceiling Balloons: Best up to 1 day, can last up to 2 days.

Cold air, hot air, high humidity, changing barometric pressure, high altitudes, and moving air from fans and vents will reduce balloon float times. Direct sunlight may make balloons pop, and cold environments may shrink them.

Changes in the environment and temperature, or micro-tears from faulty manufacturing can cause deflation and popping.
