Balloons

  • How can I place my order?

    Easily choose your balloon package setup online under the Booking page. Simply add items to your cart and indicate event date and time at checkout.

  • Are the balloons in my order already inflated with helium?

    Every package listed online is labeled whether balloons are filled with helium or air. 


    If helium is designated in your package the cost of helium and Hi-Float is already included in all balloon bouquets and balloons that are designed to float. 

  • Am I able to customize my order?

    • Custom balloons colors can be selected with your package.
    • Certain balloons can have personalized name or message added.
    • Add-ons found on the Booking page also further customize your package.
  • What does the cost of my order include?

    Your balloon package will include the cost of all balloons, ribbon, weight, assembly, helium ( hi-float) or air and setup. 


    Depending on any customizations, other fees may be applied and will be listed at checkout.


    Your order total will include sales tax, stylist fee,  delivery fee and 2-hour setup.

  • What is the Custom Fee?

     A 10% "custom fee" will be charged if your order requires:

    • Less than 2-week booking
    • Inventory and designs not offered online
    • Additional materials and resources
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Your order must be canceled 5 days prior to your event date by emailing support@decoratedmoments.com.


    A refund will not be processed if your order is cancelled after the 5 days prior to your event.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?


  • How long will the balloons in my order float?

    Helium-filled latex balloon float times may vary depending on the size and style. Each product listing includes the estimated float time for that particular arrangement in the description. When ordering balloons, we recommend scheduling the delivery on the day of your event. Foil balloons may float past your event date.

    Indoor float times do not apply once balloons are taken outside.

  • What is Hi-Float sealant?

    Hi-Float is a liquid sealant which is used to coat the inside surface of a latex balloon in order to reduce the speed of deflation. When used, float times can increase but are not guaranteed and is non-toxic and water soluble.

  • How long do you guarantee my balloons will float?

    Paris312 guarantees that your balloons will be delivered in good condition, but float times are not guaranteed. Helium-filled latex balloon float times may vary depending on the size and style. Each product listing includes the estimated float time for that particular arrangement in the description. When ordering balloons, we recommend scheduling the delivery on the day of your event. Cold air, hot air, high humidity, changing barometric pressure, high altitudes, and moving air from fans and vents will reduce balloon float times. Changing conditions mean that on some balloons may float for only one day, and on other occasions the same balloons may float for several. Paris312 is not responsible for any products installed or taken outdoors.

  • What is the best way to prevent balloons from popping?

    For the best outcome, Paris312 recommends having your balloon order avoid exposure to direct sunlight, heated surfaces, sharp objects, tiled, wood, or popcorn ceilings. For ceiling balloons, it is recommended to release the balloons one at a time. 

  • What are Paris312's office hours?

    Paris312's office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday- Saturday and 9am-3pm on Sunday. 

  • Do you make what I see online or will substitutions be made?

    If the exact product of a design is unavailable, Paris312 may substitute for a like product. This pertains to balloons, weights, ribbon and tassel colors. Should substitutions be made, the overall color palette, shape & design will remain the same. In floral arrangements, the colors of an arrangement will be used if possible, which means Paris312 may substitute for other kinds of flowers of equal value. Should substitutions be made, the overall color palette, shape & design will remain the same. For Paris312 arrangements, if a floral container/vase is not available for any reason, Paris312 will substitute it for a similar style.

  • Can I  pick up my balloons or call my order in?

    As Paris312 only offers delivery on all products, no order is eligible for pickup. Orders can easily be placed online for scheduled delivery in the following eligible zip codes. Delivery is FREE on orders $75+.
